E L E C T R A West Liberty State College :: By Sophocles ... I played Electra who spends most of the play mourning for her father (Agamemnon)’s murder and the unpunished murders (namely, her mother, Clytæmnestra, and Ægisthus). It was probably the hardest role I did. She spends the entire time onstage and never shuts up. All that with no intermission. Lovely makeup effect, though. I was going for the "I've been crying for weeks" look. Did I succeed? Amy Jo Hawk played Electra's sister, Chrysothemis. This was the last play I did at college.
